FRONT DESK | RETAIL SALES
Baked is a luxury spray tanning studio and boutique located in the Queen Village section of Philadelphia. We are seeking a front desk receptionist specializing in sales.
We are looking for an outgoing, personable, dependable individual who loves sales and working in a customer service intensive environment. The client experience is extremely important to us, we are looking for a professional who can provide a knowledgable and comfortable experience for our clients.
Qualifications:
- Experienced in sales with a history of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Ability to connect with clients and provide a stellar experience
- Strong sense of personal style with a polished appearance.
- Must be available to work Wednesday - Saturday
- Excellent work ethic a must - dependable, punctual, works well with others, detail oriented.
- Retail experience a plus
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and ensure a knowledgable amazing experience
- Learn and maintain expert knowledge of spray tanning, teeth whitening, packages, and all Baked products.
- Extensive knowledge regarding brands we carry especially our house brand BKD
- Learn and become proficient in Booker, our scheduling system.
- Answer client questions pertaining to scheduling, services, preparation, maintenance, and retail.
- Answer all calls and schedule appointments
- Keep lobby clean and stocked
- Complete tasks assigned by the owner
- Meet sales goals
- Work with our tanners to make sure the client receives the best tan + products for them

- Compensation: Hourly plus: complimentary spray tans and teeth whitening + retail discounts
- Schedule: Saturday Availability
